Reasons:
- Clicking on ThisWikiPageIsDiigoAnnotated,
- you get all Diigo Annotations in this wiki. (This is a courtesy to external readers, who don't know our category-system)
- visitors know, that annotations are another way to contribute to the page, without disturbing the primary content As an example, the author made an annotation on AcceptAuthority, which is only a small definition for an unfamiliar word.)
- it's another way in addition to refactorization of a page to open the public space (to avoid overpopulation of a page)
