CodeNode is the term I use to describe attributes, operations, methods, constructors, etc. These nodes could be visualized very nicely in TouchGraphLinkBrowser Kind of a radical MindMap refactoring tool. A regex search for key words returns specific types on CodeNode which is then passed to the TouchGraphLinkBrowser to be then rendered in a MindMap type of interface.

A poor example of this can be seen in ShowE. You can also see a test of sequential data display using TouchGraphWikiBrowser and TextAnalyis.
