An 'ideal' model for Communication within a wiki community:

* all of the communication is done transparently in the wiki 
* the targets are content and community (both defined locally and explicitly in the MissionStatement, but also reccognizing the implicit readership that results from VisitorRole)
* people talk about ideas to elaborate them and gather knowledge (maybe form a PatternLanguage)
* people talk to get to know each other, build relationsships (maybe become friends)
