A WikiAgent is an algorithm embodied in a script, bot, program or otherwise, that reads in content from a Wiki and/or outputs to a Wiki. Actually, you can include "humans" as a WikiAgent technically, but that's the trivial answer [but not the trivial case].

For example, the script that runs RandomPages is a WikiAgent.
