UsemodComExpired

Unfortunately the usemod.com domain expired in september 2023 and is now owned by someone else.

MeatballWiki uses its own domain http://meatballwiki.org since quite some time. UseModWiki has moved to another machine and is now reachable at https://www.usemod.org/cgi-bin/wiki.pl

We should stop linking to usemod.com and adjust links to both wikis to point to the newer domains instead.

I already changed the entries for both wikis on InterMapTxt.

If you know about InterWiki entries on other wikis please leave a note there to adjust the entries for both wikis.
