This is the forgotten cousin of PeerReview. The peer part is the quantitative (or at least ordinal) aspect of assessing both reviewers (peers) and the ReviewParts. While peer review is dependent on the qualitative aspects of comments provided, an essential element of the AcademicPeerReviewed AcademicJournals referenced so often in the CollaborativeFiltering literature is the selection of the reviewers themselves. And, once comments are gathered, they have to be evaluated for quality, accuracy, and actionability themselves.
