dialogue and the art of thinking together. by William Isaacs.
- ISBN:0-385-47999-9.
Important book about many aspects of dialogue. Very much influenced by ChristopherAlexander's pattern philosophy, then sometimes a bit vage. Many interesting examples from MIT studies (Management/union, health system, national and international politics, ...). Lots of analytical insight, maybe relevant to wikis. He talks about "containers for dialog" (place, atmosphere, ...) - maybe wiki can serve as such a container.
